Policies:

  1. ) The Studio requires minimum 4-8 hours minimum to cancel to receive a make-up. 24 hours is preferred. Most other studios require 24, out of convenience and respect to the studio and other clients. No credits given for client- initiated cancellations. Please do not ask for one of you are initiating. Payments are in a cycle of 4, to be used in the same month. They are a cycle of four lessons in the same month, not four lessons to be used arbitrarily . If correct cancelation is not given as per policy, the lesson will count as used on that particular day.

2.) If the studio cancels, you are owed a make-up the same week, a substitute teacher, or one credit.

3.) No refunds ever, no exceptions!

4.) Please arrive/log in on time ready to sing. If you are late, we do not go over.

5.)A $10 late fee will be charged each week on each late invoice. Please talk to us, we can work with you to make a payment schedule! Do not ignore an invoice. Continuously disregarding an invoice will result in refusal of services.

6. ) When scheduling a time, please pick a time that works for you each week. Teachers are professionals just like sports coaches or dance instructors and deserve to have their time honored. The teacher and the student will work together to create the best possible schedule!

We do not reschedule lessons to accommodate other extracurricular activities, exception being school chorus, orchestra band concerts, school/community play or musical practice/performance. We may ask for a director/conductor note in such instances.  See Below:

  1. ) When we are rehearsing a show or recital, be kind, respectful and friendly to other students and work as a team. This is industry standard.
The fee for the recital must be paid in advance, including costuming fees for productions, unless the student decides to provide their own costume.

  2. ) Please be mindful when choosing a slot. When we send our open slots for the week, that is because that is when we have open times for lessons. These are times when we are available.

**we are aware that life happens, and sometimes unpleasant events such as illness, snowstorms, power outages, car trouble etc happen that are out of anyone's control! We try to be as flexible and understanding as possible! These policies are in place to ensure a smooth learning experience for everyone!**
